Big skills start with little beginnings!

Our preschool tumbling program is all about helping little athletes learn, grow, and have fun along the way! Classes are led by our Preschool Tumbling and Novice Director, Coach Caidy, who is currently earning her doctorate in occupational therapy. She uses her degree to create age-appropriate tumbling milestones that build strength, coordination, confidence, body awareness, and a strong foundation for long-term growth.

You can sign your athlete up for the class that matches their current age. Classes begin at 18 months old, and athletes age out of our preschool program during the month of their 6th birthday.

Classes run month to month, so your little athlete can jump in and start building skills!

Ready to level up your skills? Our Tumbling Skills Clinics are here with focused training, skill-specific coaching, and opportunities for athletes to build confidence, improve technique, and work toward that next big skill! These clinics are available for athletes ranging from 6-18 years old!

For our Level 3 and 4 clinics, we are bringing in a USAG Hall of Fame inductee and Power Tumbling World Champion, Coach Kaitlin Kraus!

Clinics are divided by skill level, so be sure to check the requirements on each graphic before registering.
