Sierra Finney

We are so grateful to have Sierra as part the Oasis team. She not only helps ride for us but Brittany Massey as well.

She is sweet and strong, dedicated and patient. The full package of a young horsewomen who strives to keep horses fit, happy and encouraged. We COULD NOT get through our days without her help.

We are very particular with who handles our horses and HOW they are handled- and it’s such a relief to be able to rely on Sierra. She’s a gift to our program and will have a fulfilling career for many years to come (and selfishly we hope it always continues to be with us!)

Very last project of 2025 is COMPLETE 💥 This next year will be year of growth, expanding opportunities and finally feeling settled in to our “new” barn… so incredibly grateful to the riders, students, trainers, boarders and staff members who have supported and stuck with me through this process…. A very special thank you to the McCoy family for their unwavering dedication to this barn and doing everything from RV repair to dog sitting to bookeeping to lots of manual labor to help me make this place what it has become 🙏🏼 Our horses are so lucky to have this beautiful, functional and whole-horse centric lifestyle! Thank you ALL and here’s to a fantastic start to 2026, the year that will truly be “for the horse” 🐴

Anything worth doing is worth doing well… So please remember when you hang a rope halter always use the knot at the base slipped through the loop to hang from the crown piece and neatly hang the rope over the top… This is both tidy, but also safe as you can quickly grab this halter and have it ready to go in case of an emergency!
