May is Maternal Mental Health Month đ
To every mom who feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or like sheâs carrying more than she can say out loudâyou are not alone.
Motherhood is beautiful, but itâs also hard. And both can exist at the same time.
And letâs talk about something that matters more than we admit: sleep.
Lack of sleep doesnât just make the days harderâit impacts your mental health, your patience, and how you feel in your own body.
You deserve rest. Real, restorative sleep.
This month, letâs normalize:
⨠Asking for help
⨠Taking breaks without guilt
⨠Talking about the hard days
⨠Prioritizing your mental health
⨠Getting the sleep you need
To support you, Iâm offering 10% off all sleep packages through the month of May đŤ
You deserve support, rest, and careânot just as a mom, but as a human being.
If no one has told you lately: youâre doing enough. And you matter.

âď¸Daylight Savingsâď¸
Gear up by next Sunday 11/3!
Itâs that time of the year again⌠fall back and gain that extra hour of sunlight, but what about my childâs sleep?! Hereâs how to tackle it:
âď¸About 4 days in advance (Wednesday), adjust your childâs entire schedule by 10-15 minutes later each day! This will have the schedule bumped out to about 1 hour later by the time Saturday evening rolls around.
âď¸Get out in the natural sunlight on Sunday & the few days after in both the mornings and afternoons to help adjust their circadian rhythm.

â¨SLEEPER SPOTLIGHTâ¨
â¨Liam- 5 Monthsâ¨
âWorking with Sara was the best thing we couldâve done to help improve our sonâs sleep. After the dreaded 4 month sleep regression, our once âgoodâ sleeper began having 3 hours worth of false starts..EVERY NIGHT, waking multiple times per night and never napping for more than 30 minutes at a time. Sara was so compassionate, understanding and realistic. We told her exactly what we were comfortable with and she worked with us resulting in better sleep than I couldâve ever imagined!â

âThank you for helping me get my son on a great and predictable routine/schedule and for helping me sleep train! It wouldâve been impossible without Sara for me. I just want to share this for the moms who are putting this off out of fear of hearing your babies cry. CIO is not the only option for sleep training, you can find what is right for your little one with great guidance! I highly recommend Sara to anyone, she has changed our life!đ¤đŤśđťâ
