3 HOUR SELF-DEFENSE COURSE - OPEN TO PUBLIC

This 3 Hour Self-Defense Workshop is a hands-on interactive course designed to provide simple, yet practical strategies for identifying and dealing with violent threats. This is NOT a physical fitness course - anyone at any level of fitness can, and SHOULD participate.

Bring a friend, great for mothers and daughters, students going away to college, planning to travel abroad, or anyone in a profession that interacts with the public such as visiting nurses, physical therapists, process servers, etc. This is a course designed for everyone, men, women, teenagers...

Our dojo family is extraordinary! Your generosity and thoughtfulness touched another family immensely. The family we ‘adopted’ through our giving tree was bowled over by what we collectively put together for them.
