Simply Pilates is owned and operated by Tracy Hebron. The studio has been open since 2006, and provides individual lessons and mat/reformer/tower classes.

5 suitcases and all this will be moved into the dorm tomorrow 😳
I think only hubby will fit in the car after we load it. Looks like a nice walk for kier and I to the dorm 😂

Hard to believe we are at the phase in life! She’s not my little girl any more but a beautiful young women beginning an amazing journey of self discovery, independence and the opportunity to learn more than she ever thought possible. We can’t wait to see her come into her own and take on the world. Look out SCAD… here she comes!

I am excited to announce that the studio falls within the top 5% of all facilities tested by ! Your health and safety is my number one priority. You can return to your in studio workouts with confidence and stress free knowing that I test the studio monthly, clean and disinfect after every client/class and follow all state guidelines. 😉

Start small and be consistent. Try 10 minutes of movement daily! Make this one of your self care activities. It can be a simple walk at lunch break, parking further away from a store, using the stairs, performing sit to stand during the commercials of your favorite show or even a structured workout. There are so many you can find with a simple internet search or EVEN BETTER, DO THE FIRST 15 EXERCISES FROM A PILATES MAT CLASS! 😉

I want to wish you all a very Happy & Healthy New Year! I am glad to be closing the door to 2020 and am hopeful as we move into 2021. I am beyond grateful that my business has been able to survive through the shutdowns/ and strict guidelines. Unfortunately many in the fitness industry were not so lucky. I have all of YOU to thank for the doors remaining open. I appreciate each and everyone of you that attended zoom and in studio sessions as well as those of you that passed on encouraging words.
Let’s make 2021 a year to remember for much different reasons than 2020. 😉
