Tonight, something we’ve spent months imagining, designing and building finally became real.

We officially welcomed the inaugural class of the NEXTGen Sports Analytics Lab™ at L.I. Knights Sports & Athletics.

And these young analysts got right to work.

Tonight wasn’t about who could run the fastest, jump the highest, hit the hardest or score the most points.

It was about something different.

Thinking. Questioning. Analyzing. Deciding.

Our analysts studied player data, compared statistics, challenged assumptions, built their own draft strategies and—most importantly—had to explain WHY they made their decisions.

There weren’t always right or wrong answers.

There was evidence.
There was reasoning.
There was discussion.
And there were plenty of different opinions.

That’s exactly what we wanted.

NEXTGen was created because we believe there is more than one way for a young person to belong in sports. Some will compete on the field. Others may discover that their greatest strengths are seeing what others miss, asking great questions, understanding numbers, developing strategy and making decisions.

Tonight, these six young people became our inaugural NEXTGen Youth Analysts.

Six weeks from now, they’ll look back at this first draft and see just how much their thinking has changed.

We are proud to introduce Healthy Sports Parent, a practical six-session course through our new Parent Coaching Department. This is not about creating perfect parents. It is about helping good parents become more prepared for moments no one previously taught them how to handle.

The founding cohort will include:
• Six guided learning sessions
• Healthy Sports Parent Handbook
• Participant workbook and scenario labs
• Family Sports Standard
• Official pledge card and completion certificate

We will now offer two age divisions:
