Glacier Falls 2026 🌟
So proud of Sakinah and taking that step forward! And to our son Jackson a full circle moment in our eyes. (Coach Liz) Growing up in the competitive L.A. circuit watching him skate and compete in the same rink I did many years ago pulled on the heart strings. Running into friends I used to compete with and or perform with on tour who are now either coaches or judges. Those lifelong connections that the skating community brings to each skater. Forever grateful ☺️

Special Visit from Han & Emma🌟

We were thrilled to have two of our
amazing students from WA visit us recently, and it was a heartwarming reminder of the beautiful relationships we’ve built within our skating community. No matter where our skating journey takes us, it’s the connections with our skaters and their families that truly make this experience special.

We are so proud of all the growth these young athletes have shown, both on and off the ice. Their dedication and passion for figure skating inspire us every day, and we can’t wait to see how they continue to excel in this incredible sport.

⭐️ Improves the quality of athletic movement

⭐️ Increases power of concentration

⭐️ Serves to reduce the pressures of competition on the athlete while building a flood confidence

⭐️ Reduced tension and anxiety and psychological readiness

Visualization is one of the primary technologies used in sports psychology. I’m a big believer in the phrase “what happens out there is a result of what happens in here” And simple terms. This means your performance is often the result of what’s happening inside your head, or more specifically the movies and soundtracks playing inside your head.
