We are sad to announce the passing of former founding member and President, Lynn Panter. President Panter along with others was instrumental in the formation of the CLPOA. Recognizing the need of lake property owners to have a voice to the powers that be, the CLPOA was formed. From Watts Bar to Chickamauga Dam: we honor the memory and achievments of former President Lynn Panter for all his dedicated years of honorable service.
