Join us for a soothing session of Gentle Yoga, slow, supportive movement designed to calm the nervous system, increase flexibility, and ease tension from the body and mind. This class welcomes all bodies and experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga or simply looking to unwind, you’ll find a safe space to move gently and breathe deeply.
🌊🧘‍♀️We’ll close with a Yoga Nidra guided NOT A MEDITATION meditation, also known as “yogic sleep.” This guided rest meditation invites you into a deep state of relaxation, where the body sleeps but the mind stays aware. It’s not a movement practice but a journey inward,supporting better sleep, stress relief, emotional healing, and nervous system reset🌊😎
