I’ve lived in LA for over four years now, and it still amazes me how much I rely on Google Maps to get me anywhere.
Sure, I know how to get to my neighborhood spots and the climbing gym without help. But once I start meandering through the winding Hollywood Hills? I’m lost.
This past Saturday we hiked around the Hollywood Reservoir. Even though it’s just a 15 minute drive away, the route feels like Pac-Man eating his way through narrow streets up to the top of the hill. Even with the Hollywood Sign off in the distance as your North Star, you still need someone telling you exactly where to turn so you don’t get completely lost in the process.
That’s kind of what fertility nutrition coaching is like.
You might already have a sense of where you’re headed, but navigating the details — what to eat, how to support digestion and inflammation, how to stay consistent with it all in a way that’s not stressful — that’s where having a guide makes all the difference.
One of the benefits of working with a coach like me is that you not only get support on our calls, but you also have a trusted guide in your back pocket in between appointments too.
Nutrition questions, meal planning, accountability, cooking support — whatever you need, it’s all covered.
That’s a big part of what makes this different from working with other practitioners or just relying on your doctor.
So what does that actually look like?

P.S. Remember MapQuest? Miss one turn and you were on your own figuring out how the heck to get back on track. That’s what I want to save you from on your fertility journey and with your relationship with food.

Inflammation may be quietly working against your fertility — and most women don’t even know it.
As a Fertility Nutrition & Wellness Coach, the No. 1 question I get asked is: what actually moves the needle when it comes to fertility nutrition?
The short answer? Lowering inflammation.
Chronic inflammation has been linked to hormone imbalances, ovulation and implantation issues, and a higher risk of pregnancy complications — whether you’re trying naturally or through IUI or IVF.
And food plays a huge role in whether that needle moves up or down.
The tricky part? It doesn’t always look obvious. More often, it shows up as things we’ve been told are “normal”:
🚩 Low energy
🚩 Bloating
🚩 Painful periods
🚩 Brain fog
🚩 Cravings
But just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal.
That’s why I’m hosting a FREE live workshop on May 7:
✨ How to Lower Inflammation for Fertility Through Nutrition & Lifestyle
You’ll walk away with research-backed nutrition strategies, practical lifestyle shifts, and clarity on how inflammation could be affecting your hormones, egg quality, and chances of conceiving — so you can start shifting things now.
This is for you if you’re TTC naturally, doing IUI or IVF, or even planning to freeze your eggs.
BONUS: Dr. Handelsman from is joining for live Q&A, so bring your questions!

Kicked off National Infertility Awareness Week at the last weekend. It was amazing to see this community come together and raise money for The National Infertility & Family Building Association, which provides support, advocacy, and education to those facing infertility.
It’s always eye-opening hearing so many different peoples’ experiences with infertility.
One woman I met shared her 10-year journey with infertility and finally having her daughter through IVF.
Another woman who went through 9 rounds of IVF (yes, NINE) and walked away with no baby.
One woman was there with her IVF twins and pregnant with a surprise third.
Some stories have a happy ending, others are heartbreaking, and many have a mix of both. But the important thing is to keep sharing these stories and talking about it so that infertility feels less isolating.
Grateful to have been part of this event, which couldn’t have happened without all the amazing volunteers and sponsors 🧡🧡🧡
