Partners in Education is now accepting applications for its 7-week Job Readiness Training & Internship Program for students ages 15–18.

Workshops in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Lompoc will focus on career exploration, résumé building, financial literacy, and professional skills. Participants can earn community service hours or a $100 stipend and may be eligible for a paid internship.

Apply by January 28, 2026. Workshops begin February 10 & 12.
