🚧 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE! 🎨

As some of you know, we experienced a slight delay in construction this past week while we waited for the ceiling painting to be completed. Thankfully, our awesome construction team was able to secure a new painter who graciously drove all the way here from Georgia! 🙌

So, this afternoon, we were officially kicked out of the gym because PAINTING HAS BEGUN! 😂🎉

Needless to say, this is the happiest we have EVER been to be kicked out of a building! 🤣 Seeing everything come together is so exciting!

Check out this short video for a sneak peek at the start of our ceiling paint! 👀

☑ Painting is underway!
👀 Next up after paint… FLOORING!

We are getting closer every day, and we cannot wait to welcome you all into your new gym! ❤️💙

💙❤️ COMMUNITY, CONNECTION & SUPPORT! ❤️💙

Tonight, Megan had the privilege of being invited to speak at the Somerset Chapter of TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) and share her own fitness and wellness journey!

After overcoming health challenges and losing a significant amount of weight (twice!), Megan knows firsthand that the journey isn’t always easy. Together, we discussed self-love, habit stacking, mindset, and the importance of believing in yourself, even when things get hard.

The room was filled with incredible women, each on their own unique fitness and wellness journey. Seeing the encouragement, support, and genuine care they had for one another was truly inspiring! 🥹💙

Megan also had the opportunity to share about Workout Anytime Somerset and all the ways we hope to support our community on their wellness journeys.

Nights like these remind us why community matters so much. You don’t have to do it alone, and having the right support around you can make all the difference!

If you have a goal, keep going. If you need support, we’re here for you! We would be honored to be part of your journey. 💪❤️
