Combined instruction experience of over 50 years. We have been serving the Somerset County community since 1987. All instructors are Federation certified.

Traditional Tang Soo Do Instruction and Self-Defense. Slezak's Karate School located in Somerset, PA & Davidsville, PA is an upstanding member of the Intercontinental Tang Soo Do Federation.

Congrats goes out to all of my Somerset location karate 🥋 students who had an outstanding Gup testing tonight. So very proud of you all and breaking was the strongest I’ve seen in longtime. Congrats to Mr. Maxden Miller on earning “Gup Testing MVP” and Miss Samatha Singo on earning “Gup Testing MVP Runner-Up” tonight. Great job to all and keep up the hard work. Congrats to all three black belt candidates upon completing testing this evening in Somerset. I’m so proud of all three of you we certainly had a wonderful black belt dinner at Ruby Tuesday’s in Somerset afterwards to celebrate. Also congratulations goes out to Mr. Roque Renna & Miss Arabella Renna upon being promoted to “Kyosa Nim Bo” or “Assistant Instructor in Training” in Tang Soo Do tonight. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our last “Outdoor Karate Class” of the year here in Somerset, PA. We celebrated per our tradition with a big Water 💦 Balloon 🎈 Battle to wrap up the summer heading back to school soon! Congrats to all of our recently promoted karate 🥋 Gup students at our Somerset location tonight. I’m proud of all of you equally and look forward to your continued growth in Tang Soo Do. Also congrats goes out to 1st Degree Black Belt of mine Mr. Mavic Ambrocik on being awarded his “Junior Instructor” patch and being nominated to join our Storm Team aka “Special Team of Role Models” tonight as well! Thank you to everyone who made our 3rd installment of “Back to Nature: Outdoor Karate Class” a success tonight. We offer this specialty karate class in Tang Soo Do during the summer months. This class reminds students and parents the value of energy conservation to help the environment & getting back to the roots of martial arts while outdoors.
