If you did not already hear, we will be closing our doors effective December 1st 2024. We are so grateful for all the people who made this place so special over the years. If you want to continue your kickboxing journey, you can transfer to some of the other CKO gyms in the area. In the meantime, take as many classes as you can with us free of charge. Our last class will be a 90 minute, multi-trainer class on Saturday November 30th at 10 AM.
