What a labor of love this project was. There were countless days where we didn't think we could do it, but every single person that lent even 15 minutes of time to help made this possible. 1 year ago today we purchased this facility. It was a beaten down old Asian supermarket that we had our eyes on for a full decade thinking how cool it could be as an MMA facility one day. A few years back, it went on sale and we began the purchasing process. A little bit after that they decided to pull it off the market. Fast forward to January 2025, It went back on sale and we quickly jumped on it. It took six months of hard work, figuring out a bunch of environmental tests, getting the banks to believe in us that we could pull off a giant facility like this, and also coming up with a big down payment but here we are. It was almost a full year worth of crazy demolition and renovations and here it is summed up in 27 seconds. A lot of the demo and renovations aren’t highlighted here and it’s hard to really put it into words everything we went through, but we’re so happy to be open.
