We got Blaire working on her backhand spring on the mini tramp and we are feeling good about it!!

Sometimes you need to mix it up and try something new! We have a lot of success using the mini tramp onto a crash mat with a lot of students. It gives the benefit of a tramp, while also landing on a mat for preparing for the floor. 💪🤩
