The Wai Kru is a ceremonial performance that blesses the ring and pays respect to your opponent, your school, and your teacher... and the king of Thailand!

This month, our own Kru Grace was invited to perform the Wai Kru for MDL July in Connecticut. With 200 fighters in attendance, there is not enough time to perform it for every fight! She did great.

We have a Three for Free trial program. Come in Monday - Thursday and take an intro class with us! Classes run 6pm Mon/Wed and 7pm Tues/Thurs.
