Another Dub for the 🐧 O30s as they push for the .othsl Division 1 North Title

As we continue to celebrate ’s 🐧 50th year, we’re highlighting another new inductee to the Kendall Wanderers Hall of Fame: Phil Keane.

Phil has played in more than 350 matches for Kendall across the BSSL teams, over-30s, and over-40s squads.

He managed the Kendall A’s to the Division 1 league championship in 2013, McKenzie Cup titles in 2016 and 2018, and the Werner Fricker Cup title and U.S. Open Cup qualification in 2018. He also managed the club’s over-30s and over-40s sides.

His coaching leadership has played a role in six of the club’s eight major honors in its history.

Few people have given more to the club across generations of players than Phil. His induction into the Kendall Wanderers Hall of Fame recognized not only the trophies and accomplishments, but also his lasting impact on the culture, competitiveness, and community that continue to define the club 50 years on.

At our recent Kendall 50th anniversary gala, we honored 3 new inductees into the Kendall Wanderers Hall of Fame. The first to be inducted was Donal Keane.

During his Kendall career, Donal played across the A, B, and C teams, as well as 3 of the 4 Over the Hill soccer teams. He managed the Kendall squad that won the club’s first .soccer cup in 2001 and the first league title in 2013. He served as a club president in 2003, 2010, and 2019. He’s held numerous other committee roles over many years. He received the Clubman of the Year Award in 2005 and 2010. Congratulations to Donal on being immortalized as a Wanderer! 🐧
