No pretzel poses. Feel welcome! Our students range in age from 5 weeks to 95 years, and come in all sizes, shapes and levels of physical conditioning. Yoga is not only for flexible young women! Far from an anonymous workout, our friendly teachers and students welcome newcomers to the practice of yoga, which has been a gift in all of our lives, and teach you how to practice safely and healthily instead of you simply following along and hoping you get it right. Mindfulness classes teach you how to stress less and work with whatever life throws at you with greater calm and emotional resilience.
