This weekend I’ll be riding Bike MS: Waves to W**e again.

I’m definitely underprepared for the miles this year 😁, but this ride has never really been about the miles for me.

I ride in memory of Jane and for everyone living with MS. After 15 years by her side, I saw firsthand what this disease can take from someone—and the strength it takes to keep moving forward.

Every mile is for her. ❤️
