Girls wrestling is the one of the fastest growing sport in the country. Approaching 90k hs girls in the country wrestling and nearly 300 high schools in PA. Preseason is in full swing... We have practice tomorrow from 3 to 430...HS girls... come check out wrestling. We need girls this season at lighter (100-115) and middle weights (130-155) particularly but wrestling has weights from 100-235. Come check out a practice.

Girls wrestling approaching 100k girls nationally in high school! Interested in trying it... Reach out to us!

Participation in high school sports in the U.S. reached an all-time high over the past two years, and the reason is because of the rapid growth of girls wrestling and girls flag football.

The National Federation of State High School Associations recently released its participation survey for the 2025-26 school year. The association gathers participation numbers from all state associations in the country, including the PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association).
