Flow, sip, and unwind with us for a special Sip & Flow yoga session on Saturday evening honoring the life of beloved instructor Kay Woods.
Start the evening with a yoga session designed for all experience levels, then stay for drinks, light bites, and a relaxed evening atmosphere. We'll kick things off with a sunset flow before settling into an evening of great people, good conversation, and a welcoming community.
This is an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the moment and celebrate the positive energy and lasting impact Kay brought to so many lives.
