The Avenue Bicycle Station

Well its official, the Avenue Bicycle Station is up and running at our new location at 2220 A Mishawaka Ave. We are next to the China House restaurant and across the street from 7-11 at Ironwood. Our new location, albeit smaller, will continue to provide our customers with the same quality of service, reconditioned cycles, renovation and restoration services, new KHS, REID, and Sun. For the e-bike line KHS and REID offer great products and least I forget to mention Aventon. This cycle has been a customer favorite from the Adventure, Pace to the folding Sinch.
Stop in and say hello if you're in the area or if you're looking for a reconditioned cycle or want to talk about renovating or restoring a favorite that hasn't been out of the barn in a while.

With the popularity of E Bikes thought we at the Avenue Bicycle Station want you to be safe when cycling. In that interest we thought we would share this guide to EBikes as it pertains to Indiana Law as the cycling season is just around the corner.
Additionallly we would like to point out that cycling with a helmet should be one of the main safety items you wear. Most cycling helmets are not rated for EBike use due to the speed of the cyclist traveling in excess of 15 mph. There are a number of manufacturers offering helmets but if you’re going to be riding an EBike get the right helmet.
