Congratulations to Mary Woodka on her 3rd career hole-in-one today! The magic happened on hole #4 when she fashioned a 7-iron from 97 yards and her ball found the bottom of the cup! Well done Mary! ⛳️

Congratulations to our 2021 Men’s Overall Walker Cup Champions Jeff Anglemyer and his guest Heyoung Lee who had 23 1/2 points in the 27-hole member-guest event! Congratulations to all of our flight winners as well. Perfect weather made for a great day.

Yesterday we crowned our 2021 Men’s Club Champions! Congratulations to Tate Heintzelman who fired 68-64-72 = 204 (6-under) to become our 71st Overall Men’s Club Champion, breaking Abe Toul
5-under par record breaking performance from last year.

Well, he’s done it once again! Dean Barnum, who is one of only three MPCC Members to have earned a spot in the elite Morris Parker Society (members who have had a hole-in-one on all 4 par 3’s at MPCC), fashioned a nifty little 6-iron from 165 yards today on hole #9. It’s his 3rd hole-in-one on this hole alone, and word on the street is he won a little 💰 from his playing partners and long-time buddies Bob Ross, Chip Newman, Bob King and Jerry Giolitto. In addition, he posted a solid even par 70, eclipsing his age by a few years. Congratulations and well done!

Yesterday ended a great four days of competition and camaraderie at our 69th Annual Men’s Invitational Golf Classic. Congratulations to all of our Flight Champions!

Family, Fathers, Friends, and loads of FUN today for our annual Father’s Day Tournament! Jason Bowles, John Arnold, Neal Patel and Matt Mahoney were our winners of the “double pin” scramble with 66 points! Midway through the round Gordon Weiler made some noise with his 2nd hole-in-one in 21 days, but Jake King stole the show with a walk-off ace on the Par 4 #2 hole with his tee shot from 299 yards!!!

Thanks to the 31 teams (127 players) who came out to support and enjoy the tournament.

Chalk-up our 6th hole-in-one of the season today as Gordon Weiler pulled out his trusty 8-iron and flushed it from 137 yards on hole #11 to record his second career ace!

Congratulations Gordon, you even dressed the part on Memorial Day to match our flags! Witnessing the feat was Mike Guzik, Joseph C. Nash, Keith Mentz and Ben Norris.

Congratulations to member Mike Guzik on his hole-in-one this morning on hole #11! He dialed up a smooth 8-iron from 141 yards, as playing partners Norrie Emmons, Scott Holmes and Gordon Weiler witnessed the feat.

This is Mike’s 2nd career hole-in-one, with his first one also here at MPCC on hole #4 on 7/9/17. This the 5th hole-in-one of the 2021 season!

Boom! 💥 Another hole-in-one at The Park today (3rd day in a row!), recorded by almost 15 year old (May 30) member Charlie Tamashasky on hole #4 with a sweet 9-iron from 139 yards! Congratulations young man! The hard work is paying off. It’s his first hole-in-one and it was witnessed by fellow member and junior golfer John Miller.

Rockstar Alert! When Drew Sumrall invites guests to play at The Park, he really knows how to entertain! He stepped up on #4 tee and fashioned a nifty little butter-cut pitching wedge from 128 yards and his ball found the hole! Congratulations on your first hole-in-one Drew! Welcome to the Club!
