Here's a quick review of the MAA fall meeting yesterday.

For a 1 year trial period, at each MAA shoot this year all archers will be entered in to drawing for a $100 gas card.

Here's the list of the 2027 shoots for the year for the Lower Peninsula.

NFAA Muskegon Archers January 30-31 Lincoln Bowmen February 13-14. You can also shoot the NFAA Indoor sectionals at these shoots but is not required. Sign up for sectionals will be done on Sport 80.

FITA Saginaw Field and Stream March 6-7 Ogema Archers March 13-14.

MAA 420 Detroit Archers April 3-4 Muskegon Archers April 10-11

OD MAA 720 MidMIchee Bowmen (Calhoun County Campground) June 26-27

Field & Hunter Straightline Archers (Ishpeming) July 10-11

Target Championship MidMichee Bowmen (Calhoun County Campground) August 7-8

Marked 3D Northwoods Archers May 29-30

It is requested that all archers check Sport 80 to ensure that you have a club selected. Apparently there are over 100 archers listed for Michigan membership that have no club affiliation listed.

With the welcome of Ground Zero Archers to the MFAL association, we are hoping to host a spring shoot there in 2028.

We hope to see you at these shoots and don't forget to sign up for the 660 at Ikes in December!

7 archers, 17 national championships all from South Bend Izaak Walton/Lone Tree Archers. That, my friends, is impressive!
