It is almost October and I have a new swim session about to start. I recently revised my program to be sessions rather than ongoing classes and you can see those updates below. For my current session, October 6-December 4, I have a few spots open that I thought I would share. You can see current openings and register for them here:

All Brains Belong VT is holding a personalized COVID community vaccination clinic Saturday 8/27 from 9AM-1PM at the Vermont State House Lawn. Advanced registration is required: www.allbrainsbelong.org/protect-kids

This is open to all kids (age 6 months and up) and adults for first, second, or booster vaccinations. We welcome ANYONE who will benefit. No particular "reason" required.

• Choose the communication and stress management strategies that help you feel most comfortable
