Sunday, August 9, join us for Redball Tennis at our Eastwood Drive location! Redballs are specialized tennis balls that move more slowly and land gently, making it the fastest way to learn. Whether you are a parent and child, or an adult wanting a tennis intro, this opportunity is for you!

We return to our 7th Month of Giving spotlight on Champlain Housing Trust with a look at one of their most innovative programs: Shared Equity Homeownership!

The Shared Equity Program makes homeownership possible for more people by eliminating down payments and lowering mortgage costs. Since homeownership is one of the primary ways families build wealth, expanding access can help break the cycle of intergenerational poverty.
At the same time, the program strengthens communities by preserving long-term affordability and has inspired similar models around the world.
