⛳️ Would you use a golf simulator at Nash’s Gym? 👀
We’re considering adding a golf simulator and want to hear from YOU before we make any decisions!
Picture a private space where you could:
🏌️ Play virtual rounds on some of the world’s best courses
⛳️ Practice your swing year-round
🎯 Work on your game with swing data
👯‍♀️ Play with friends, family or coworkers
🌧️ Golf even when Maine weather says NOPE 😂
We’re thinking around $50/hour for the simulator — with the option to split the cost with your group.
So… would you use it?

3️⃣ NO — golf simulator isn’t really my thing

🚨 Exciting things are happening at Nash’s Gym! 🚨
We’ve been working behind the scenes to continue improving your gym experience, and I’m excited to share that new equipment (everything pictured below) is on the way as we expand our space into the yoga studio! 💪
This expansion is all about creating more opportunities for you to train, try new things, and have even more options available during your workouts. I can’t wait to see this space come together and watch you all put the new equipment to use!
With these improvements, there will also be a small membership rate adjustment beginning October 1st (or your next billing cycle). This is the first rate increase since opening, and it allows me to continue investing in quality equipment, maintaining the facility, and growing Nash’s Gym for our members.
I truly appreciate every single person who has supported this gym and helped it grow over the years. This community is what makes Nash’s Gym special, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. ❤️

What would you think about adding a Smith Machine to the gym?
A Smith Machine is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used for squats, presses, lunges, rows, and so much more. It provides added stability and control while still allowing you to build strength and confidence with your workouts.
Whether you’re new to strength training or an experienced lifter, this would be a great addition to your routine.
