Our first space opened in 2016 and is a fitness center that focuses one-on-one personal training by appointment only. We specialize in functional fitness, strength and conditioning, exercise therapy and everything in between. We have extensive experience working with clients of all age groups, medical conditions, and physical fitness levels. Our second space in South Daytona opened in 2020 - a group training facility that offers more than 20 group classes a week! Everything from HIIT Training, BodyWorks plus Abs, Cycle Circuit, HIIT Happy Hour, TGIF HIIT Squad, 24 in 44, Dynamic Yoga Barre, AMRAP 60, Blended HIIT, and Power Yoga.
