We Are Athletes - Running Team We Are Athletes! Racing Team was founded in 2008 by Fred Benlein & Kevin Kremler. The We Are ATHLETES! Racing Team is open to all. ATHLETES!

We practice every Tuesday at 5:45 pm for all abilities from the 400m to the marathon! There is no mandatory number of practices you must attend or races you must compete in. But, remember you get out what you put in. There will be many opportunities to learn new skills and build additional strength but you must be present to take advantage of these opportunities

We are more than a racing team. We are a running group - Young and Old,
Beginner and Elite, working hard together to be better and to have fun! Fred Benlein (Head Coach) - (USATF Level 3 Endurance Coach) utilizes the most current training techniques and methodologies. Contact us:
