Classes at the Epiphany start one week from today
Sunday, September 27th at 5pm-6pm🧘✨✨here’s what to expect:
✨All levels Candlelight vinyasa flow
✨A community that encourages your practice
✨Herbal teas and complementary essential oils to enhance your experience
✨mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, chairs if desired
✨class is $15
Please note: come as you are- yoga is an individualized practice. Registration is encouraged through Venmo: Bendyoga-Margie
but walk ins are always welcome 🙏
