Third annual. Costumes on. Let’s run.

Utah’s largest costume run and one of our biggest nights of the year. A costumed run on the Jordan River Parkway, food, DJ, shoe demos, and prizes for the best costumes. Go all out.

By popular demand, Speed Edge is getting an earlier alarm clock.

Tuesdays. 5:00 AM. With Olivia Calvert Brunsdale . Starting Aug 25th.

We’re launching it as a pop-up, and it’s already almost full. Keep showing up and we’ll keep it on the schedule.

Training for a race? HYROX? A triathlon? Just getting into running? Getting back into it? This is for you.

Week One starts Monday.

We’re starting a new 32 week training cycle built around two 16 week blocks. The goal is simple: give you enough consistency to actually get faster, without doing the same workouts over and over again.

Each week is built around four different Edges. Speed focuses on shorter, faster intervals. Threshold teaches you to hold a strong effort longer. Vertical builds strength and power through hills. Long Run gives you a more intentional way to get your longer miles in.

And you don’t have to start on Week One. Every week is designed to be a complete training week on its own, so whether this is your first week with us or you’ve been here for years, you can jump in wherever we are.

Everything is based on your heart rate zones, which means the workout meets you where you are. Same class. Same structure. Your effort.

Week One starts Monday. Come run with us.

Twenty One Run Youth welcomes athletes in kindergarten through sixth grade for a season of running, confidence, teamwork, and fun.
This season runs September 7 through October 16, 2026.
