✨ TWO YEARS OF EVOLVE ✨

Two years ago, we opened the doors to Evolve Yoga Knoxville 💛. These two years have been a journey—full of growth, challenges, lessons, beautiful moments, and plenty of days that required us to dig a little deeper and keep going.
Through it all, one thing has remained at the heart of Evolve: our community.

To everyone who has stepped onto a mat, tried a class, brought a friend, supported our business, shared a post, attended an event, or simply walked through our doors—thank you.

And a very special shout-out to our Founding Members. 🖤 You believed in Evolve from the beginning and helped give this studio its foundation. We will always be grateful for you.

To our teachers and everyone who has poured their time, energy, and heart into Evolve—thank you for being part of this journey.

It was such an honor to teach Power Sculpt this morning to so many familiar faces, and a few new ones too. We laughed, we sweat, we got a little uncomfortable... and there may have been a few dramatic "Oh my goodness!" moments during those final rounds. 😅🔥 That's how you know we were working!

Thank you for bringing your energy, your smiles, and your willingness to show up for yourselves. I loved every minute of being able to practice alongside each of you!

Join us for a deeply restorative 90 minute experience on Friday evening 8/14, designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore balance.

We begin with a 30-minute ceremonial cacao experience to encourage presence, connection, and create a receptive state for the journey ahead. The final 60 minutes are devoted to an immersive sound bath journey led by Cory Peay. Using an array of healing instruments, Cory creates a rich vibrational landscape that gently quiets the mind, releases tension, calms the nervous system, and invites deep rest.

Everyone is welcome! Come as you are and allow yourself to be carried away into a profound place of peace and renewal.

We are offering special pricing because we believe that everyone needs access to this healing experience. $25 for 90 minutes.

The practice of 108 Sun Salutations is both a moving meditation and a powerful ritual. In yogic tradition, the number 108 represents wholeness and completion — a sacred number woven throughout mala beads, sacred texts, and the rhythms of the universe. Each round becomes an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and plant clear intentions for the season ahead.

Congratulations to our newest yoga teachers! 🎉✨: Megan, Samantha, Emma, Joseph, Cas, Cecil, and Karrah!!

What an incredible journey it has been to witness your growth, courage, and transformation. You showed up fully. You opened your hearts. You faced your fears. You spoke your truth. You stood in your power. And through it all, you created meaningful connection—with yourselves and with one another.

I am so proud of each of you for the commitment, vulnerability, and dedication you brought to this experience. The certificate you received represents countless hours of learning, reflection, practice, and personal growth. But more importantly, it represents the person you have become along the way.

Yoga teacher training is not the destination—it is the beginning of a lifelong journey. A journey of awakening consciousness, releasing suffering, loosening our attachment to control and outcomes, and learning to live with greater presence, compassion, and peace.

As you step forward into this next chapter, may you continue to trust your voice, honor your authentic self, and be of service to others. The world needs teachers who lead from the heart, and each of you has something unique and beautiful to share.

What starts as a yoga class so often turns into something more… connection, laughter, support, and a space where you can truly be yourself. No pressure, no expectations—just a community that welcomes you exactly as you are.

Looking around after class and seeing these faces reminds me that this is more than a studio—it’s a little family we’re building together 💛
