Forestbrooke AquaFit cancelled today - Aug 2 - due to crummy weather. Stay active indoors!

Hope everyone is staying active. I got word that we will likely be able to keep start time at 7:35p in the Fall!! AquaFit will resume Sept 9 through SLARA.

I am still teaching AquaFit in Ann Arbor, at Forestbrooke pool on Sunday mornings, 10a through the end of August.

This coming week (June 29, July 1) is the last week of AquaFit at the SLHS pool before summer recess. Classes will resume in mid-Sept. If you want to continue on your own, please consider going to SLHS during Open Swim hours. Check the SLARA website for times and dates. Otherwise, AquaFit is being held at the Forestbrooke outdoor pool on Sunday mornings 10a (except for July 5) through the end of August - weather permitting.

ALERT!!! Forestbrooke AquaFit is cancelled today - Sunday, June 7. There has been a fire at the facility. I do not have details but sounds like nobody was hurt. I will make another post as soon as I get more detail

AquaFit classes start at the brand new (renovated) Forestbrooke pool this Sunday (May 30)

I plan to recognize all who have had perfect attendance for this session. This includes Jeanine and Richard who have been "dropping in" consistently.
