South Orange Village Council introduced an ordinance requiring tattoo parlor licensing and sanitary inspections at its Oct. 26 meeting. Council members also approved street safety measures, municipal staffing changes and other resolutions, while recognizing local firefighters and the Community Coalition on Race.
