Devils went all the way to *semifinals* and led over the top seed as long as possible
😈 Saturday 2-0-1
😈 Sunday 2-1 with only 6 of our 12 and 3 guest players to help us out
🌡This heat added an extra element that all the girls pushed through

🥎 Miss Scotties Softball Tournament 🥎
Another exciting weekend of softball ❤😈
These girls won all 3 Saturday pool play games with scores of 16-1, 8-1, 14-3
🥎 We were the # #️⃣ #️⃣1️⃣ #️⃣ seed going into Sunday and THE team to beat!
Sunday playoff game was another win with a close score of 5-4 to out us through to the semifinals..
Semifinal was a game of true grit!! We tried to play catch up after a rough start and turned a 9-1 deficit into a closer 10-8 loss.
Tough loss but heads held high and onto the next!

🥈2nd place finish earlier today for the Devils
🥎 We played well all weekend with some comeback wins, big outfield catches and putting our defensive skills into play all over the diamond
🥎 Our bats were working with heads-up baserunning. Never underestimate the power of a 2-out rally!!

🌧 Today's bracket and championship play got rained out.. We were eager to show how hard we've worked to become as strong as we are!!
😈 Montgomery Devils 10U takes 2nd place in Howell, NJ at Soldier Memorial Park hosted by NJ Heat.
🥎 The tiebreaker came down to runs allowed since there were 2 of us teams that went 3-0 for the seeding round.
💪 Despite a strong differential, we were edged out by just 3 RA.
8️⃣-0️⃣ on the 2021 spring season to-date!! Keep working hard and making memories, Devils!! 🥎❤😈

"It's Showtime" tournament CHAMPIONS sweeping all 5 games!! The girls stayed focused through the freezing wind and pouring rain! Go DEVILS!! 🥎❤😈
Devils take game #3 with a 16-4 WIN!!! On to bracket play tomorrow as the #1 seed!! 🥎❤😈
2-0 for the evening!!
Game #1 was a 2-out rally in the final inning, down by 1, turned into a 3-2 WIN!
