Yesterday I announced that as of 6/30 I will be resigning as head coach of and becoming the Activities Director and Assistant Principal of New Richmond High School (WI). My heart is forever full of love and appreciate to the players, staff, and families that have made this a wonderful place to coach. To my players you have meant the world to me and I am always here if you need me. It has been an honor to be your coach.

For youth level athletes looking to work on their basketball skills during the summer months South St. Paul Girls Basketball is offering two summer camps sessions for incoming grades 4-7. Athletes are welcome to sign up for one or both sessions if interested.

The weather may not feel like it, but summer is closer than you think. SSP Girls Basketball Skills Camp registration is now open for sign-ups. This camp has been a staple of our program the last three summers and has aided the in the significant growth and development of our athletes.

Hard to believe it but our first meeting is already next week. Any players grades 8-12 interested in spring and summer basketball opportunities should attend to get information.

It’s prime time! Packers open up the post season on the road as they play Visitation tonight at 7:00pm. Game will be on Town Square channel 16 for those who can’t make it in person.
For those who can make it! Bring the juice! It’s going to be a great game!
Tonight we cap off the regular season against Two Rivers. We also get to honor our outstanding group of seniors!!!
These young women have been a shining example of what it means to be great students, athletes, teammates, and people. The example they have set for this program has made an impact on so many current and future Packers. Thrilled we get to acknowledge them and their contributions.

Congratulations to our Senior Captain Abby Rosebur on winning the 2022 Athena Award!!! An outstanding person, student, and athlete a very deserving recipient who embodies everything this award represents.
So much pride, admiration, and love for this young woman and the journey she has had to get to here. A competitor, leader, and teammate SSP, Soccer, Basketball, and Track have been lucky to have.
