Choco sent us this snap of his CUBE Bikes recently converted to our Gullwing flat bar.
((Back in Stock!))
The Gullwing was designed to be the most natural way to adapt a road bike to flat bars while still retaining your integrated road shift/brake levers.
Now that electronic shifters have blips, the shifting ergonomics can be fine tuned

💪 As capable as it is fun. philipp carries a mini fridge on our mini velo, the Rufus! Small 20” wheels help keep the rack low and the load more manageable. 👨🏻‍🔬

We don’t recommend trying this on a 32er.

The new “It Takes Two” tandem frameset is designed for chill backswept Bosco/Albatross/Promenade style bars, but still allows you to maneuver and put on some speed.

from Hello, bike shop.

Hey, it’s New Bike Day for Jeremiah and Victoria! Living car-free, tandem-style! We fitted up this Soma Fabrications It Takes Two frameset with a load of great parts from Velocity USA , Rivendell Bicycle Works 🥶 , White Industries SimWorks USA for this sweet car replacer. It’s rad to see more and more folks using their bikes to their full potential here in the City, glad we can play a part in it! Thanks ya’ll, Happy New Bike Day!!

Lichen Bike Tours and Camping

Finished my solo route scouting trip before this wildfire smoke got bad 🙏🏻

This designated campsite in DEC state forest I stayed at on night 2 made the whole 3 day trip worth it because of the creek deep enough to wash in

And cheers to my trail angels around Franklinton Vly (headwaters of Catskill Creek) who asked if I had enough ice water (i sure didnt)

Meet Going the Distance for ALS , who is about 80 days into a cross country trip!!!🤗
Hi everyone! Since you may have been following my journey for some time, I figured I should introduce myself. My name’s Stuart. I’m currently riding my bike from NYC to San Francisco to raise awareness and money for the ALS Therapy Development Institute!
My father passed away due to ALS when I was in highschool. He instilled in me a big love for adventure and the outdoors. If he could be, he’d be making this trip with me. In some ways, he still is :)
I started riding bikes in college, where I studied Fine Art. I turned my degree into a career in theatrical fabrication (building scenery for tv shows). I moved from LA to NYC to pursue both art and cycling. I learned about bike touring/bikepacking in 2023 and immediately knew it was for me.

Investing myself into the local cycling community has only further radicalized me. When you live without a car; after a while you start to realize how much it was warping your perception of the world. We were meant to feel the wind on our faces, not sit in boxes!

I’ve gotten to participate in a couple alleycat races. I don’t win but I always have fun!

Cycling is a really fun sport…

And I take it very seriously!

In my spare time I like to design and build furniture for my friends.

I also foster cats! I’ve had at least a dozen come through my apartment. I’m honestly more of a dog person though.

My first bike tour was down PCH from Seattle to San Diego back in 2024. Safe to say it changed my life

In 2025 I toured through New York from Niagara Falls back to the city. I got caught on Google Maps pushing my bike up Big Hill road (slacking!)

I love the relationship between long distance cycling and carb loading!

This cross country tour has taken me to some great places so far!
