Wind Over Water Kiteboarding was founded in 2004 to teach wind sports to the San Francisco bay area by Jeff Kafka (surf and wind sport pioneer and water safety expert) Wind Over Water's professional instructors teach lessons in San Francisco Bay and Sherman Island utilizing instruction techniques developed from 75 years of combined experience.
