Okay… I’m bringing this back 💃🔥

After relocating to South Windsor, my virtual classes and personal training are now based out of my home studio … but this class… this one needed to be LIVE.

So I found the perfect space to bring my signature class VIBE back, and we’re kicking it off with two pop-up Fridays.

This is not your typical dance fitness class.
It’s real dance, real energy, and one of my favorite things I’ve ever created.

All levels welcome - whether you’ve danced forever or you’re just ready to move again.

📍 Grossi Dance Studio (Vernon)
🗓 Friday
⏰ 6–7 PM

I promise to not name names …. 😆😆😆

Roads closed. 😬
Blizzard conditions. ❄️
Studios shutting down. ❌

And we still got our workout in. 💪🏼❄️

This is the power of training from home.

No cancellations.
No driving.
No excuses.
Just community, accountability, and showing up … even when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

If you’ve ever said you wish fitness was more consistent and less complicated… this is it.

Virtual doesn’t mean less effective.
It means more accessible.

Message me if you want to see how it works.

When we stop moving, the body doesn’t pause and wait for us.
It quietly starts giving things back.

Muscle mass fades.
Joints lose range.
Tendons stiffen.
Balance gets a little less reliable.

It doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in the space between “I’ll skip today” and “I don’t do that anymore.”

Most people call that aging.
But much of it is simply inactivity.

Movement works in the opposite direction.

It teaches your body how to stay strong under load.
How to absorb impact.
How to get up off the floor.
How to lift, carry, twist, stabilize, and move with confidence.

It strengthens bones.
Supports connective tissue.
Improves balance.
Builds resilience.

Not just physical resilience … mental resilience too.

So choose the thing that builds you.
Not the thing that slowly shrinks your world.
