Greater Hartford Twilight Baseball League

Greater Hartford Twilight Baseball League Connecticut's classic summer league since 1929. Hartford Twilight players have advanced to professional baseball since the league's founding.

Established in 1929, the Greater Hartford Twilight Baseball League is Connecticut's premier amateur summer league. As a nonprofit organization, the GHTBL aims to preserve and promote amateur baseball in the Greater Hartford area while serving as a positive venue for the development of young men in our community. Former Major League players from the GHTBL include Pete Naktenis, Moe Drabowsky, Monk

Dubiel, Joey Jay and many more. Jeff Bagwell, Bernie Williams, Rob Dibble and Ricky Bottalico played in the GHTBL before becoming MLB All-Stars.

Christian Steiner flies a go-ahead homer over the pole to help the Manchester Brewers defeat M&T Bank 8-7 in the Championship Round.

A back and forth and hard-fought game by both teams in slick conditions.

GHTBL's Playoff Final is tomorrow (Monday, 8/17) weather permitting. 6:30 PM at Palmer Field. M&T Bank won the coin flip and will remain home team.
