Join us starting 8/31, Every Monday 6:45pm Zumba with Evelyn!!!!

Evelyn became a Zumba instructor in 2018 and has been a dedicated dancer since the age of seven. She trained in jazz, tap, and ballet at her childhood dance studio before continuing to dance and choreograph with her college dance company. After finishing high school and college, she joined a Zumba class to keep dance in her life, and it wasn’t long before she became an instructor herself. Evelyn loves that Zumba is a “workout in disguise,” where dancing and having fun are the focus, and burning calories is just a bonus. She is excited to instruct in the same community where she works as an elementary school teacher and looks forward to connecting with the community in a new way while sharing her love of dance and fitness.

Higher Ground Core is participating in the Disney W**e & Dine 1/2 marathon with a charity bib this October.

Every cent raised will be donated to Hope Story- an organization that provides free support to families who have received a Down Syndrome diagnosis.

Tickets are $40 and include all supplies for painting, as well as snacks and beverages.
