Next Sunday September 13th, we are collabing with Roam & Press Coffee Truck at Northampton Park at the basketball courts starting at 8AM for our free outdoor workout! ☀️

Roam and Press will be there from 8AM to 11AM 🙌🏻☕️

As we kick off the NFL season and our 4 week challenge, there are 3 ways to support this new local small business!

-Crush a free workout and treat yourself to a post class coffee

We had an awesome time for our track workout this morning with the Ryan’s Women Soccer team ⚽️

It’s a privilege to work with young high school athletes growing up as a Father Judge ice hockey player myself!

It will be even cooler when I get to host teams at our gym with squat racks, barbells and more equipment 💪
