🏆 FIRST PLACE, BABY! UNDEFEATED CHAMPS! 🏆

5 games. 5 wins. 8–0, 6–4, 12–0, 6–0, 8–3.

40 runs scored. 7 runs given up.

Big hits. Aggressive baserunning. Locked-in little windmills. And enough hype to carry us through tomorrow. 😂

But more than the numbers, we are so proud of what we are seeing from this group.

Four tournaments in, and the growth in our mental game is becoming harder to miss. We’re responding better, making adjustments, staying in the game, and playing with more confidence and composure.

And a little individual recognition today: Ruth Janssen was named MVP for the day, and a couple of our Nomads earned game balls as well — all voted on by the umpires. That’s pretty special recognition, and well deserved.

Today, they put it all together.

GROWTH DOESN’T ALWAYS SHOW UP ON THE SCOREBOARD.

Senatobia wasn’t our best weekend, but we grew from the last weekend—and that’s why we do this.

We saw what needs work. We saw what needs to stay. And now, we get back to it.

Our standards are high, on and off the field, and we’re going to keep holding each other to them.

One thing we know about this group? They have HEART. 💙

The Nomad Classic is heading back to River Bend Links for another year, and we are so thankful to have such a beautiful course welcome us back.

This tournament has become so much more than a fundraiser. It’s a day we get to support our girls, bring our community together, and continue a tradition that means so much to our family and team. 🩵
