A big congrats to ms banks on winning 2nd place at her schools talent show preforming a fun martial arts routine! Destroyed her boards and about destroyed me flipping me around!
All the kids were fun to watch! Magic, cattle roping, dancing and singing!

Perfect to develop focus, discipline, and teaches students how to learn in a group setting.

Monday at 430pm
Friday at 3pm
Or Saturday mornings at 1045am

Classes begin 1st week of June and run through to the end of July.

What an amazing time I had yesterday at the Black Belt reunion class! Was fun working out with the Black Belts and it was so great seeing many old faces.
Despite being out of class for a minute everyone still had impressive form!
Thanks for all who participated and i can't wait until next year!
