As summer schedules shift and routines change, we’re inviting you to return to the practices that help you feel grounded, energized, and connected.
This month at SAMA, we’re embracing a Summer Reset—creating space for movement, recovery, mindfulness, nature, and the habits that help us feel our best.

We are so excited to officially welcome Mary Elizabeth as SAMA’s newest instructor. A familiar face in our community, Mary Elizabeth has been one of our most dedicated students—holding the highest number of attended classes at the studio—and now steps into this next chapter as a teacher.

Mary Elizabeth is passionate about creating positive change through movement, wellness, creativity, and community connection. She is devoted to helping others build confidence, body awareness, and sustainable practices that support everyday life. Recently completing her Roll Model® Method training with Jill Miller, Mary Elizabeth brings specialized knowledge in myofascial release, mobility, and fascial health using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls.

With certifications including RYT-200, NASM-CPT-PES, YES, SFS, TRX Level 2, and Centered Being wellness coaching, she offers a thoughtful and well-rounded approach rooted in both movement science and mindful practice.

Mary Elizabeth embodies what SAMA is all about—consistency, growth, curiosity, and community—and we are honored to have her guiding others in the space she has poured so much into herself.
