Murph is one of the most meaningful workouts we do each year. 🇺🇸
But this workout is NOT about crushing yourself into the ground.
It’s about showing up with intention, honoring the meaning behind it, and approaching the workout smart.
On Saturday, we will have multiple scaling options available for every fitness level:
✔️ Partitioned reps
✔️ Reduced volume
✔️ Modified movements
✔️ Options for the run
✔️ Weighted vest optional
The goal is to move well, stay safe, and finish feeling proud — not broken.
This is a long workout. Pace matters. Hydration matters. Smart decisions matter.

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms of 611 💐🤍
We’re so lucky to have a community full of strong, supportive, hardworking women who somehow balance workouts, kids, life, and everything in between. Whether your little ones are cheering you on from the stroller, hanging out in childcare, or growing up around the gym, it’s special getting to watch your families be part of this community.
This is just a small glimpse of the many amazing moms that make 611 what it is, and we’re thankful for every single one of you ❤️

Let’s get to know him ⬇️
1. Why CrossFit?
I enjoy the variety of things we do and the overall fitness it brings.
2. How long have you been coming to 611?
Since November 2024.
3. What is your favorite workout/movement?
Burpees… kind of a love/hate relationship. They used to crush my energy, but I’m starting to get better at them.
4. What do you like best about 611?
The people. Everyone is friendly and has just enough competitive edge to keep pushing each other.
5. What’s a goal you are working toward inside or outside of the gym?
Building a routine I can stick to after we welcome our first child in October!
6. What’s a skill or goal you’ve accomplished since coming to 611?
Getting my first pull-up!
7. What do you enjoy doing most outside the gym?
Spending time with family and friends, with a little golf mixed in.
8. What’s your favorite workout shoe?
Reebok.
9. What’s your favorite food to eat?
Prime rib.
10. What is a piece of advice you have for someone thinking about starting CrossFit?
Do as much as you can to make sure you can come tomorrow. (Credit to Zack Martin on that one.)
11. What’s a current goal you have in CrossFit?
10 strict pull-ups.
12. What’s your most memorable Open memory?
This past year was the first time I did all three workouts, and I felt really accomplished.
