After a busy competition weekend for the girls, we slowed things down and came back to what matters 🤍
We talked about taking care of ourselves through rest, wrote down what gives us energy (and what drains it), and used our “let it go” jar to release what we don’t need.
The girls even practiced giving each other sound baths (so special!) and we closed with a long, peaceful savasana.
Finished with a little reminder to soak it all in—Epsom salts + lavender for the perfect reset.
Exactly what we all needed ✨💜🛁🎵

I’m so excited to share my first outdoor sound bath here in Johnson City ✨
This will be a peaceful morning at Boone’s Falls to slow down, reset and simply take a breath.
If you’ve never experienced a sound bath before, this is a beautiful place to start-no experience needed. We’ll be surrounded by nature using sound vibrations from singing bowls to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation 🌿
