Ladies New Years is just around the corner. I know many of you are looking to loose that extra 10 or 15 pounds after the holidays. My baseline package right now is $250 per month. I will personalize a workout specific to your goals along with a meal plan. You will also receive supplements to help boost your progress. There's only one thing standing in the way of your goals. I'm sorry ladies this week has been hectic with cleaning up after the hurricane. If you're able to get to the gym today I want to see 30 minutes of high intensity interval cardio. 2 mins walk, 1 min jog, 1 min run. Continue circuit for 30 mins.

Thursday's workout
3x12 side to front raises (with small dumbbells lift out to the side bring to front back to side and down)
3x12 shoulder press
3x12 push-ups
3x12 90/90 crunch
3x12 burpees
Rest
3x12 bicep curls
3x12 triceps press

Wednesday workout
3x12 normal squats
3x12 wide stance squats
3x12 lunges, both legs
3x12 step ups
3x12 weighted hip thrusters
3x12 frog hops

Tuesday's workout
All bis and tris.
3x12 alternating bicep curls
3x12 overhead tricep press
3x21 barbell bicep curls. (7 halfway up, 7 all the way up, 7 halfway down)
3x12 tricep kickbacks
3x12 hammer curls using cables
3x12 tricep press down
