🎉🤸‍♀️ PRESCHOOL OPEN GYM IS BACK!!! 🤸‍♂️🎉

Calling all of our littlest gymnasts! ❤️🤍💙 Preschool Open Gym returns THIS FRIDAY, and we’re ready for a morning full of jumping, climbing, swinging, bouncing and PLAYING!

And remember — you do NOT have to be enrolled in classes at Mills to attend! Everyone is welcome! 🙌

👶 Ages: Walking through 5 years old
📅 Every Friday
⏰ 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
💲 $12 per child
👨‍👩‍👧 One adult must remain with each child for the entire Open Gym

For 90 minutes, your little one gets to explore our ENTIRE MAIN GYM, including:

🤸‍♀️ Gymnastics equipment
🏰 Bounce House
🙃 Trampolines
🧸 Foam Pits
🎠 Swing

Computer orientated, outgoing, personable, detailed, and able to multi-task, and LOVES kids!
Must be available to work the following shifts:
One to two evening shifts per week (4:30pm-9pm)
and one weekend daytime shift (Sundays 9:30-2:00pm).

Our annual Handstands Around the World Contest has officially come to an end, and we absolutely LOVED seeing all the incredible places our Mills gymnasts took their handstands this summer! ❤️🤍💙

This year’s winner proved that you don’t have to travel far to find an AMAZING handstand location! 🌟

GREAT COACHING IS ABOUT SO MUCH MORE THAN TEACHING SKILLS. ❤️🤍💙

At Mills Gymnastics, we believe kids deserve coaches who are not only knowledgeable and competent in their sport, but who also know how to encourage, support, motivate, and believe in them. 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Our coaches understand proper progressions, technique, safety, spotting, strength and skill development — but just as importantly, they understand that every child learns differently and progresses at their own pace.

Sometimes a gymnast needs a correction.
Sometimes they need a challenge.
Sometimes they need a high-five. 🙌
And sometimes they just need a coach to say, “I know you can do this.” ❤️

🧹✨ ONLY HALF A DAY IN… AND LOOK WHAT WE’VE ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED! ✨🧹

We may be CLOSED for our End of Summer Break, but there is a LOT happening inside Mills! ❤️🤍💙

We take advantage of having an empty gym to tackle the kind of BIG deep cleaning projects that simply aren’t possible when hundreds of kids are coming through our doors each day!

And we’re only HALF A DAY IN! 😳👏

🧼 Mats and equipment have been completely removed so ALL of our carpets can be professionally deep cleaned

🧹 The entire outer perimeter and hard-to-reach edges of the gym are being thoroughly shop-vacuumed

✨ Every mat and piece of equipment is being individually deep cleaned

🫧 Walls throughout the facility are being washed and cleaned

…and we are JUST getting started! 💪

Running a gymnastics facility means a LOT of little hands, little feet, chalk, foam, sweat and activity every single day. 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️ That’s why we believe these scheduled breaks are so important.

We do this for YOU. ❤️

For our kids. For our families. For our staff. And because we take tremendous pride in providing a clean, safe and well-maintained facility for everyone who walks through our doors.

By the time you come back, everything will be sparkling and ready for another amazing season! ✨❤️🤍💙

☀️❤️🤍💙 END OF SUMMER BREAK STARTS TOMORROW!

Just a reminder to our Mills families that we will be CLOSED Tuesday, September 1st through Monday, September 7th for our annual End of Summer/Labor Day Break!

What a SUMMER it has been! 🤸‍♀️☀️ Our staff has worked incredibly hard through a very busy summer, and they have absolutely earned this much-needed break to rest, recharge, and enjoy some time with their families. ❤️

While classes are taking a break, we'll still be busy behind the scenes! We'll be using the week for extensive deep cleaning throughout the entire facility, necessary repairs and maintenance, and staff training as we get ready to kick off another great school year! 🧹🛠️⭐

📌 A few important reminders:

💳 September class payments will still be processed September 1st as normal.

📅 As outlined in our policies and annual closure calendar, we do not provide credits or make-up classes for scheduled Mills closures.

📧 If you need assistance while we're closed, please email [email protected]. An office staff member will respond within 24 business hours.

We hope everyone enjoys the final days of summer and has a safe, relaxing & FUN Labor Day weekend! 🇺🇸☀️

🫧☀️ That’s a wrap on Summer Camp 2026! ☀️🫧

We finished our very last day of camp with a day filled with giggles, bubbles, and so much fun! 🫧💛 Bubbles R Fun 🫧🫧🫧

From the bottom of our hearts, we are so incredibly thankful for all of our amazing campers and families who made this summer so special. Thank you for entrusting your children with us each day and allowing us to be a part of their summer. We are so grateful for all of the laughs, friendships, adventures, and memories we made together.

This was truly one of the best summers we’ve ever had, and that is because of each and every one of you! 🥹☀️

We hope all of our campers have an AMAZING school year! 📚✏️ We’re going to miss those smiling faces dearly, but we already can’t wait to see you all again next summer!
